These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PawPals ("we," "us," "our," or "the Service"), operated by Orange Blossom Media, a Florida LLC. By creating an account or using PawPals, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PawPals. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if we learn that we have done so, we will delete that information.

2. Your Account

Registration. You must provide accurate information when registering. Your username becomes part of your public URL and cannot be transferred to another person.

Account security. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

One account per person. You may not create multiple accounts to evade suspensions or bans. Business profiles within a single account are permitted.

No impersonation. You may not create a profile that impersonates another person, fursona, public figure, or organization in a way that is deceptive.

3. Content You Post

Ownership. You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant PawPals a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and store your content as necessary to operate the Service.

PawPals claims no ownership of the content that you post. We only confirm that you give us the right to host it while you have it uploaded to your account.

Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for the content you post. Do not post content that:

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringes the intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains malware, phishing links, or other harmful code
  • Harasses, threatens, or doxes another person
  • Constitutes hate speech targeting a person or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin

Removal. We may remove content that violates these Terms at any time without notice.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to scrape, harvest, or collect data about other users without consent
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system
  • Interfere with the Service's availability or performance
  • Use automated tools to create accounts, post content, or interact with the Service
  • Sell, transfer, or monetize your PawPals account without our written consent
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted (e.g., unsolicited promotion, spam)

5. Intellectual Property

The PawPals name, logo, and any software we create are owned by Orange Blossom Media. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, contact us at dmca@pawpals.place. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to valid takedown notices.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

Profiles may include links to third-party websites and platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

You may delete your account at any time via Account Settings. Deletion removes your profile and associated data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Orange Blossom Media SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida, USA.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
